A small delegation of German officials led by Ambassador Dr Georg Witschel, Mr Michael Ratsal and Mr Herbert Nilson attended the Jakarta Centre for Law Enforcement Cooperation on Wednesday 16 November. Discussions were held with staff and trainers in relation to the provision of bi-lateral German funding and support to assist JCLEC with the establishment of a research library, the delivery of a specialist training course and the provision of expert trainers where required in 2006 and beyond.
