Thank You Don Dupasquier and Welcome Julie Faucher from Royal Canadian Mounted Police

On May 30, 2014, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) S/Sgt. Don Dupasquier left JCLEC after almost three years as the resident Canadian Training Program Manager, handing over the reins to his replacement S/Sgt. Julie Faucher.
Don developed a number of important training initiatives and was fundamental in maintaining Canadian involvement and funding to JCLEC activities.  His character and sense of humour will be greatly missed by all at JCLEC!
